We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed briefings, and improve site reliability. We process data because you request a response or because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure website and fulfilling contracts for paid work.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement files for paid retainers are retained for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing
