Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy covers Market News Pulse Sessions, Event-Driven Deep Dives, and Catalyst Monitoring Retainers commissioned from Storagegrid Hub. It does not cover products we do not sell (software licenses, physical goods, or brokerage accounts).

Pulse sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund of fees paid for that session.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may reschedule once within 30 days at no extra fee.
• No-shows without notice are not refundable.
• After the session is delivered (including the written follow-up), fees are not refundable.

Event-driven deep dives

• If you cancel before we begin research, deposits are refundable in full within 7 days of the written cancellation.
• Once research has started, we refund the unused portion after deducting work already performed, documented against the agreed scope.
• Purchased third-party document fees (if pre-approved in writing) are non-refundable once incurred.
• Delivered memos are non-refundable except where we materially fail to meet the agreed scope; in that case we may remediate or refund at our discretion up to the fee paid.

Catalyst monitoring retainers

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance with a minimum term of three months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancel with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date after the minimum term; unused prepaid days in the final month are refunded pro rata.
• Early termination during the minimum term: fees for months already delivered are non-refundable; prepaid future months within the minimum may be refunded at 50% unless we waive the remainder in writing.
• Work already started in the current week (notes prepared) is considered delivered for that week.

Processing

Email refund requests to contact@storagegrid-hub.digital with your name, engagement type, and invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Force majeure events that prevent delivery may lead to rescheduling or a full refund of unused fees. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under Thai consumer law.
