Client notes

Comments from investors and desk staff who commissioned pulse sessions or catalyst retainers.

We kept missing policy windows because our own notes arrived after the open. Their Friday pulse now sits on my desk before I leave for the weekend—still dense, but ordered around what can actually move our names.

The retainer is not flashy. What I value is that they name the catalyst, the timing risk, and what they are deliberately ignoring. I wished the first month had included more ASEAN cross-listings, which they later fixed after I asked.

— Kenji M., private investor · Catalyst Monitoring Retainer

Booked a single pulse session ahead of an ugly earnings week in energy. The follow-up page was short enough to read on the BTS and still flagged the two filings I had skimmed past.

— Soraya T., independent analyst · Market News Pulse Session

Commissioned a deep dive on a contested AGM. They were clear about what they could not verify from public filings. That honesty saved us from treating a rumor as a calendar fact.

A longer note — bank names into a BOT week

A Bangkok portfolio team asked us to tighten catalyst coverage on three SET banks ahead of a Bank of Thailand decision window. Their internal calendar listed the rate meeting but not the related speech slots and filing deadlines that usually cluster around it.

We rebuilt the week as a sequence: pre-meeting commentary windows, the decision itself, and the earnings dates that would reinterpret any tone shift. Mid-week, one bank moved its results call; our alert note went out the same afternoon so the team could reshuffle prep time.

The engagement did not change their positions. It did change when they chose to sit still versus when they insisted on reading the transcript the hour it dropped. That is the kind of outcome we aim for.
