Scope
We agree the event, the questions you need answered, and the sources we will prioritize (filings, transcripts, local press, peer comparisons). The memo stays within that frame.
Deliverable
A structured note with timeline, contested facts, and what would change our reading after the event. Optional 45-minute debrief.
Constraints
We will not fabricate access to non-public information. If a filing is delayed, the timeline moves with it—and we say so plainly.
